What does a clip cost?
A 5-second Seedance 2.5 clip at 720p is 123 credits. Veo 3.1 is 17 credits for 4 seconds, Kling 2.6 is 14 credits for 5 seconds, and Hailuo 2.3 is 12 credits for one generation. The Starter pack is $19 for 950 credits, about 7 of those Seedance clips. Wan and Sora are quoted in the studio before you run them. The full table is on the pricing page.
What if a generation fails?
If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that job go straight back. You do not need to open a ticket. A successful clip is not refunded because you dislike the result. Credit packs are generally not refunded as cash once the credits are in your account. The refund policy has the rest.
Do the videos have a watermark?
We do not stamp a VideoHub logo on every clip. We may add a label or watermark when a model provider or the platform you publish to requires one. Instagram can also require you to say the video is AI. That duty stays with you. See the AI disclosure policy.
What happens to a face I upload for a clone?
Open the Clone tab in Generation. A clone uses a source video and a face photo you upload. The source can be an Instagram Reel or a TikTok link. Upload a face only when you have that person's permission.
We store the file so the studio can run the job, and the model provider that generates the clip receives the media too. You can delete a generation in the studio, and you can ask us to delete your account. Those providers may keep their own logs after we stop sending them jobs. The consent guidelines cover faces and likenesses.
